I know we are a pretty long way out from planning for the next rodeo weekend, but it is the PERFECT time to think about parade costumes.
The theme next year is "CRWB Thrills and Chills with our Monster March" with a RED shirt...costume ideas could be Monster Mash/Zombie/Thriller....or maybe you want to tie into the "Chills" part of the theme and come up with some great way to chill out! Either way, you may want to start shopping for your costume pieces now since it is Halloween. Now thru the week or so after Halloween, is going to be your best bet for finding ideas and the best prices, otherwise you will have to order online and pay additional shipping costs!
Another important update, we are planning on having a FLOAT next year!! A huge thanks to Jimmy and Christine!! We plan to decorate it and start our first ever 'Float' for the parade, since the number of kids we have in our group, has out grown the bed of the truck!
So..... if you happen to find any items on sale that would be good for decorating the float, we would be grateful. The trailer has sides all the way around approx 3' tall.
Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with this year!!
